No Oil Hummus
I just love hummus but store-bought brands are full of oil and additives. We don't need that in our healthy bodies! This hummus is dive in ready and comes with zero guilt. Use in place of condiments in a sandwich or as a dip.
Ingredients
- 2 15 Ounce Cans Chickpeas
- 2 Tablespoons Tahini
- 4 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 4 Cloves Garlic Minced
- 1 Teaspoon Turmeric
- 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Cayenne
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in bullet or blender and blend until creamy. If necessary thin with veggie broth or water.
