Magic Tummy Trimming Soup

Nectar Summer Sale

I don’t know about you but I certainly over-indulged over the holiday season.  Between the bubbles, baked goods and too many dinners out I feel bloated and well…fluffier than normal.  What’s my go to fast fix for this?  My Magic Tummy Trimming Soup of course!

Now you have probably seen quite a few versions of soup recipes designed to cleanse and assist with weight loss.  So have I.  The problem is none of them really satisfied me and I found myself hungry an hour later.  I have found this combination of ingredients to be tasty and satisfying.  It includes some super cleansers in celery, turmeric, lemon juice and parsley.  The beans and the quinoa keep you feeling full for hours!

I eat this soup for lunch and dinner accompanied by a green salad for 3-4 days and it does wonders for my waistline and digestive system.  If I am very hungry sometimes I throw in a tablespoon or two of Boca Vegan Crumbles to add some heartiness.
