Boy, do you guys like pumpkin! My recipe for Vegan Pumpkin Donuts has been one of the most popular and most shared on my blog! You guys love pumpkin so much that one of you dear amazing peeps asked me to create a pumpkin smoothie. Because I can never resist a challenge, my morning didn’t start with my usual green juice, but with this tasty little gem!
Yes it is almost boot and sweater time and of course time for pumpkin everything. I hope you enjoy this smoothie as much as I do!
- 3/4 Cup Pumpkin Puree
- 1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1/4 Teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/2 Teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 2 Tablespoons Pure Maple Syrup
- 1 Teaspoon Chia Seeds
- 1 Frozen Banana
- 1 Cup Ice
- Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender or bullet.
- Blend until creamy.
