Cocoa & Banana Energizing Smoothie

This little baby is my go to snack before a workout or in the afternoon when I need a quick pick me up.

Ingredients

  • The ingredients:
  • 1/2 a banana (frozen)
  • 1 Tablespoon chia seeds or flax seed meal
  • 8 Ounces Almond, Cashew or Soy Milk
  • 1 Teaspoon Cocoa Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Instant Espresso Powder
  • Stevia to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in blender or bullet. Blend until creamy. Enjoy!
