Cocoa & Banana Energizing Smoothie
This little baby is my go to snack before a workout or in the afternoon when I need a quick pick me up.
- The ingredients:
- 1/2 a banana (frozen)
- 1 Tablespoon chia seeds or flax seed meal
- 8 Ounces Almond, Cashew or Soy Milk
- 1 Teaspoon Cocoa Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Instant Espresso Powder
- Stevia to taste
- Combine all ingredients in blender or bullet. Blend until creamy. Enjoy!
