This is my go to smoothie for after a work out or as a quick energizing pick me up in the afternoon when I tend to get the munchies or have a lack of “get up and go”.
Nutrition: 140 Calories, 18 Carbs, 6 grams of fat, 5 grams of Protein, 7.5 grams of fiber.
1/2 a banana (frozen)
1 Tablespoon chia seeds or flax seed meal
8 Ounces Almond, Cashew or Soy Milk
1 Teaspoon Cocoa Powder
1 Teaspoon Instant Espresso Powder
Stevia to taste
Combine Ingredients in Blender or Bullet and Enjoy!
